  • Monthly - $275.00 + electric (Back-In spaces ONLY)

    Rates for additional persons over two (per person)

  • Daily - $2.00
  • Weekly - $10.00
  • Monthly - $25.00
  • Children under three years old are FREE

    Additional Fees

  • Vehicle / RV Washing - $5.00 per vehicle
  • RV Sewer Dump station usage - $5.00 per use

    *Discount rates vary (see Manager) and most discounts accepted on daily rate up to 7 days.
